Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• Prize Draws are open to persons aged 18 or over, except for employees of Sex-Surveys.co.uk and SexToyTesters.co.uk, their families, participating Adult manufacturers and retailer employees and anyone else who is professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

• No purchase is necessary.

• To be entered into a Sex-Surveys.co.uk Prize Draw, entrants must complete their details in the manner specified for each Prize Draw. Your entry is valid provided you give us your Email address when asked.

• All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the individual promotion/Prize Draw rules. All entries received by the closing date are valid and have an equal chance of winning. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted by Sex-Surveys.co.uk for lost, undelivered, delayed, entries.

• Any prize is as specified in the individual Prize Draw rules. No alternative prizes may be requested although Sex-Surveys.co.uk reserves the right to alter arrangements or prizes should this be unavoidable. There is no cash alternative.

• Any prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by Sex-Surveys.co.uk in relation to that decision.

• The draw will take place on the date stated in the individual Prize Draw rules. The winner will be contacted by e-mail, on the date stated in the individual promotion/Prize Draw rules. Closing date for entries is stated on each individual Prize Draw rules.
  
  The winner must claim the prize on or before the date stated.

• It is a condition of entry that any winner consents to their name and country of residence to be published on the website for 14 days after the closing date.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Prize Draw without prior notice.

• By entering any Prize Draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the Prize Draw material.

• Prizes will be sent directly from the prize sponsors, therefore Sex-Surveys.co.uk can not be held responsible for sending or the delivery of survey prizes. However, Sex-Surveys.co.uk will do all they can to ensure that winners do receive their prizes.
